Terms of Service

By accessing or using the AgenticScales website (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

AgenticScales provides curated guides and recommendations about AI tools and workflows, and sells digital products — operational playbooks (workflow files, prompts, and documentation) and done-for-you setup services. You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it.

2. No professional advice

Content on the Site is provided “as is” for informational purposes and does not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for evaluating any tool or workflow before relying on it.

3. Purchases & payment

We sell two kinds of paid offerings: digital products — playbooks (workflow files, prompts, and documentation) delivered as instant downloads — and done-for-you setup, a service in which we configure the workflow inside your own accounts. Prices are shown on the relevant page and may change over time; the price you see at checkout is the price that applies to your purchase. Checkout, payment processing, and order fulfillment for digital products are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record — they appear as the seller on your card statement and receipt, and your purchase is also subject to their terms. A paid playbook is a one-time purchase that includes updates to that playbook when the underlying tools or APIs change.

4. Refund policy

Digital products (playbooks)

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, if you are unable to get the workflow running after following the setup guide and working with our support team, we may issue a refund within 14 days of purchase.

To qualify:

• You must contact support within 14 days of purchase.
• You must provide reasonable information about the issue you encountered.
• You must allow us an opportunity to help resolve the setup problem.
• Refunds are only available when the workflow cannot be made operational as described.

Refunds are not granted for:

• Change of mind.
• Lack of time to implement the workflow.
• Business results not meeting expectations.
• Compatibility issues that were clearly disclosed before purchase.
• Failure to follow the setup instructions.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests where there is evidence of abuse, misuse, or repeated refund activity.

Done-for-you setup (services)

A done-for-you setup is hands-on work performed specifically for you, so it is handled differently from a downloadable product:

• Work does not begin until we have agreed the scope with you in writing and received the agreed payment (or deposit).
• Before any work starts, you may cancel for a full refund.
• Once we begin the setup work, fees are non-refundable, because the time and effort have already been spent on your behalf.
• If we are unable to deliver the agreed scope for reasons within our control, we will either complete the work or refund the portion that was not delivered.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party tools, missing access, or information you do not provide are not grounds for a refund.

5. License to purchased materials

When you buy a playbook, you receive a license to use its files for your own brand and for client deliverables. You may adapt them to your needs. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the files themselves, in whole or in part, as a standalone product.

6. Affiliate links

Some links on the Site are affiliate links. We may earn a commission when you act on them, at no extra cost to you, and they never influence our recommendations. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details.

7. Third-party tools and links

The Site links to third-party websites and tools that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, pricing, or practices. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service's own terms.

8. Intellectual property

The Site's original content, design, and branding are the property of AgenticScales and may not be copied or reused without permission. Third-party names and logos belong to their respective owners.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgenticScales shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site, any purchased materials, or any recommended tool.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
