Book a call
A short call (or a few emails) to understand your tools, ticket volume, and what “done” looks like for you. No charge, no obligation.
Approve the proposal
You get a clear, fixed-scope proposal: exactly what we'll build, the timeline, and the price. Nothing starts until you approve it in writing.
Pay the deposit
A 50% deposit to begin, paid securely via PayPal or Payoneer. The remaining 50% is only due once the workflow is live and tested on your real data.

We import and configure the workflow, connect your helpdesk, AI keys, and knowledge base, then test it end-to-end with you — until it works.

What we need from you
To deliver fast, we'll ask for a few things up front. Don't worry if you're missing any — we'll walk you through setting them up.
- Access to your helpdesk (Zendesk, Intercom, Gorgias, etc.)
- Your OpenAI / Gemini API key (or we help you create one)
- Your knowledge base or docs the AI should answer from
- A 30-minute slot to review and approve the final setup
Questions, answered
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit gets the project started; the remaining 50% is due once the workflow is live and tested on your real data. We invoice via PayPal or Payoneer — whichever is easier for you.
What if it doesn't work?
The setup is covered by our works-or-refund guarantee. If we can't get the workflow running end-to-end as agreed in the proposal, you're refunded. The risk is on us, not you.
Need escrow protection?
We can also work through Escrow.com or Upwork Direct Contracts upon request — your funds stay protected until the work is delivered. Just ask and we'll set it up.
How long does it take?
Most setups are delivered within a few business days of the deposit, depending on how many integrations are involved. Your exact timeline is stated in the proposal before you pay.
Do I own everything afterwards?
Yes. Everything is built inside your own accounts — your n8n, your helpdesk, your API keys. There's no lock-in and nothing to keep paying us for.
